The Research On Relationship Between Demand And Suppiy Of Community Basic Endowment Services In Shanghai

With the aging of the population increasing in our country, endowment problem has become the focus of the society and people’s livelihood. In recent years, the structure of the family shows a trend of miniaturization. The "4-2-1" model family occupies a relatively large proportion in our country. Especially in large cities, this phenomenon is more common. In the urban areas, the functions of family endowment cannot be fully released. At the same times, institutional pension is faced kinds of difficulties. Under that situation, our country vigorously develops and continues to explore the community endowment and this model is the pension which our current government and society mainly advocated. Currently, in the construction of community care, the city of Shanghai lacks the necessary theoretical basis, the contradiction of basic community service between supply and demand in Shanghai is outstanding. Such as the s upply subject and supply types is single, and the demand is full of multi- level and diversity, the former and the latter has a conflicts; at present, the situation is that the establishment of community basic service in Shanghai is demand exceeding supply on the whole; the imbalance of structural between supply and demand is broken. So, the study of community basic endowment service between supply and demand is necessary.In this paper,the author uses quasi public products theory supply and demand theory to illustrate the mechanism of community endowment service between supply and demand. After that, the author through the statistical analysis methods such as questionnaire survey method, interview method and factor analysis to understand the needs and differences, satisfaction and the change of the trend of community basic pension services, for example, life care, health care and spiritual consolation of the elderly in Shanghai. At the same time, the author adopts the method of consulting literature materials to analyze the current supply situation of Shanghai community basic pension services finding out in what aspects of supply and demand is not horse performance. Then, t he author makes the corresponding prediction of the trend of supply and demand. Finally, the author puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the community basic endowment service in Shanghai.
