Study On Law Protection System Of Labor Rights In Russia

The labor rights are an important right which is closely linked with labor'sinterests, and has been widely attention by the international community. Currently,there are many illegal phenomena in China's economic construction process, forexample, frequency of mine disaster accident, employment discrimination serious,arrears of wage generally and so on. These phenomena have seriously violatedlaborer's equal and lawful right, and affected our country's social and economicstability and development. At the same time, those phenomena also exposed defectsof the legal system in maintaining the legitimate rights aspects in our country. How toprotect labor interest is the great topic, and is also worth deeply thinking the pressingproblems.This paper, starts from the analysis of the connotation and labor rights andprotection of international legislation, by the longitudinal analysis the historicalevolution of The Russian Labor code, and elaborates contents on legal protectingsystem of Russian labor rights, and then summarizes its characteristics. In the end ofthis paper, reviews some deviation in practice of labor rights protection in our countryand learn beneficial experience from the Russia. Then on the basis of our countrypractical needs, puts forward suggestions on perfecting labor legal system in ourcountry under new circumstance.
