International criminal court (ICC) relate with the sovereignty issue of a country.Therefore,"whether our country should join this statute?", and "which benefit can bebrought to our country by join this statute?" are main research purpose and directionof article. Though analysis of statute, according to current situation, attitude andstandpoint of our country, article presents out the positive significance about ourcountry joins "statute ", as well as main existing problem and solution if our countryjoins "statute ".Research of international criminal court is the basis of article, also is a premiseanalysis for China joins "statute". Article adapts method of literature analysis,demonstration analysis, etc. Though understanding and analysis of "statute ofinternational criminal court" and ICC research result from domestic and overseas,seek theoretical authority for China joins "statute".However, although there are huge amount of advantages to be involved in ICC,appropriate adjustments need to be listed upon China's institutional level. Therefore,the latter part of this paper, based on a bold idea, designs effective measures in orderto adapt to the international situation, to join ICC as soon as possible, and to protectChina's international status and interest. Consequently, the conclusion that Chinashould accede to ICC will be made.
