On Constitutional Economics Perspective Petition System

The petition system as our original system forms, is our country's socialist market economy in the right ethics system, consist of people social value of economic choice and the value in evaluation process. Modern society is the legal support foundation system and promoted civic rights in the basic way. But many scholars have disputed the correctness of the inquiry system as basic system in safeguard human rights. Therefore, the system has it's unique charm, plays irreplaceable role to ensure the citizen right, to avoid irrational use of government power , abuse human rights and result in a great waste of social resources, and so on. Nowadays, the system already has become a part of our country modern society rule, it will be pay attention to the community's theoretical and practical problem. By combining with practice, empirical logic, economic analysis and other theoretical methods, this article will explore the dimensions of the constitutional dimension of economy and perfect the core values of "economic man" in the petition system etc. The article described the petition system under the socialist market economy system and the petition system fair development construction direction. So as to, people can fully realize that the petition system as the constructing the harmonious society and the important role of modernization.This thesis is divided into four chapters on the economic constitutionalism perspective of the petition system:Chapter1 is about to theoretical analysis of petition system.
