Security as the National Law on the basic theory in contract lawand tort law field not given adequate attention, the author intends themain areas of security, security responsibility for the content decisivedefine the elements type of security responsibility refinement andclaims-based security responsibility for the textual context, to beadopted by the basic legal issues involved in security responsibility,the depth to the problem of the law applicable by the terms of securityresponsibility in the judicial practice. Based on the close relationshipbetween social security responsibility divided degree as the type ofthe division standard, will security area are divided into four types,and its characteristics and responsibility respectively content of screenand research. The author thinks that, security responsibility in ourcivil law theory should rise to the basic theory.Security responsibility is the responsibility form, with increase inthe risk and damage gradually enhanced in judicial practice, theauthor through a combination law and social method to solve the problems of the security responsibility.
