Network Diplomatic On The Analysis Of The Impact Of The Country's Political Security

The development of information technology has a profound impact on many aspects of human life. As a product of a combination of network technology and diplomatic activities--the rise of network diplomacy had an important influence in international politics and national security. In this paper, combined with the practice in recent years, network diplomacy, and for its rise, form and characteristics are described; on this basis; focus on the analysis of the network of diplomatic activities for the security of the country's political.The article is divided into four sections to discuss. The first chapter describes the background and the significance of the topics, issues related to status, main research methods and innovation. The second chapter describes the practice in recent years, the reason of the rise of the network diplomatic, its main types and characteristics. On the basis of combination of the particular case of network diplomacy, the network diplomatic activities are divided into two main modes of "direct network diplomacy" and "indirect network diplomacy/fuzzy network diplomacy". This division clarifies the concept of network diplomacy, which will help its further analysis. On the basis of describing the national political security in the network environment, The third chapter focus on analysis of the possible impact of the network diplomatic activities for national sovereignty, ideology security and political stability, especially pointing out that by the political rumor the network diplomacy may shake the regime's legitimacy and to stimulate non-institutional political participation to make a threat to the country's political stability, which is where the major breakthrough compared to traditional diplomacy mode. The fourth chapter presents the concept of "virtual border", combined with the importance of information sovereignty in the country's political security. Combined with the specific conditions of China's current, the fourth chapter also points out some thinking about network diplomacy for the maintenance of our national political security.
