The Study On The Cyber Diplomacy’s Influence On National Political Security And The Countermeasure Of Our Country

With the appearance and popularity of the Internet, unprecedented changes also have taken place in the political life of countries. With its characteristics of flexibility and convenience, cyber diplomacy quickly becomes the main form of countries to engage in diplomatic activities. The Internet is a double-edged sword, so is the cyber diplomacy which is based on Internet. With advanced network information technology, the United States and other developed capitalist countries conducted a series of network attack, through the spreading of political rumors and the penetration of cultural values, witch greatly harms the political security of these developing countries. The political security is the most fundamental factor of national security. Once the political security is threatened by other countries, the realization of national security will be impossible. It is observed that, the rise of cyber diplomacy brings new opportunities for countries, but it also has negative influence on national political security at the same time.The thesis is based on the background of network era, with the relations of network and political as the breakthrough point, it states the cyber Internet’s influence on national political security, separately from the national sovereign, ideological and political stability three perspective, and also states that how to safeguard national political security in the era of network to our country. Specifically, this article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the basis of selecting the topic and the research significance of the thesis, and analyzes the research status at home and abroad and research methods of the paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the cyber diplomacy’s influence on national sovereignty. The chapter firstly analyzes that the national sovereignty plays an important part in national political security, and then expounds the cyber diplomacy’s influence on national sovereignty separately from weakening state sovereignty, intensifying of inequality between countries, and the emergence of information sovereignty. The third chapter mainly introduces the cyber diplomacy’s influence on ideology. The chapter firstly analyzes the important influence of ideology on national political safety, and then expounds the cyber diplomacy’s influence on ideology separately from the acceleration of cultural values’ penetrate, the weakening of mainstream ideology, and promoting cultural hegemony. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the cyber diplomacy’s influence on the political stability. The chapter firstly analyzes the important influence of political stability on national political safety, and then expounds the cyber diplomacy’s influence on political stability separately from the threaten of the legitimacy of the state power, affecting the order of the political participation and increasing of hostile force’s threaten. The fifth chapter is the conclusion. It firstly points out that we should take rational view on the cyber diplomacy’s influence on national political security, and then puts forward the maintenance countermeasures of China on national political security.
