Wang Jin's Subjectivism Of Criminal Law Theory

Wang Jin is an outstanding and thorough subjectivism of criminal law jurist, always has beencontroversy as the new breed of a representative figure with the Old. His research is characterized bythe Penal Code, the vision of development prospects, hope making their own ideas and theories tomaintain a fresh charm.Although there has been many fruits of the research on Wang Jin s law thoughts in our legal circlerecently,scholars mainly concentrated on Wang Jin s thoughts on jurisprudence and criminal law,andpaid little attention to his thoughts on criminal procedure law,let alone special and systematicstudies.So I decided to take it as my master thesis topic.This article consists of five parts.
