Wang Jin is an outstanding and thorough subjectivism of criminal law jurist, always has beencontroversy as the new breed of a representative figure with the Old. His research is characterized bythe Penal Code, the vision of development prospects, hope making their own ideas and theories tomaintain a fresh charm.Although there has been many fruits of the research on Wang Jin s law thoughts in our legal circlerecently,scholars mainly concentrated on Wang Jin s thoughts on jurisprudence and criminal law,andpaid little attention to his thoughts on criminal procedure law,let alone special and systematicstudies.So I decided to take it as my master thesis topic.This article consists of five parts. First,elaborated the subjectivism of the Penal Code in theRepublic of the rise of the background, and Wang Jin's life are described, including their birth, family,learning experience, as a professor and a wealth of social activities, summarized the related research.The second part, starting from the principle of legality, to clarify the basic position of Wang Jin basicprinciples of criminal law, and by analyzing the claims of its analogy to explain the preliminary inquiryWang Jin Criminal Law subjective ideology.The third part is the depth, detailed analysis of thesubjectivist theory of Wang Jin criminal law from the commission of a crime, causation, attempted tocommit can not commit, complicity Wang Jin investigated in the research on each of the majortheoretical issues. The fourth part, from the macro level, to grasp the overall context, and to be arealistic assessment of subjective ideas of Wang Jin criminal law, and provide another perspective fortoday's criminal law academic contention. The fifth part is the end of the article, the expression of theauthor in the paper creation process on the academic history of China Law of one o'clock personalreflections, and thus the possible impact of the rule of law process in China.Only in the sketch as the criminal law scientist Wang Jin life and its legal thinking development ofits contribution and impact of China's Criminal Law, Law everyone to remember the generation of hairmicro-latent moral glow. I do not surmise shallow humble, devoting himself, for his academic researchhas only had a little more clear understanding, because of the relationship between the ability and thetime, failed to intensive reading all their writings, sincere sense of a guilty conscience. Divide thisarticle as a valuable feedback to make, I hope more people work together for the re-discovery of theranks of Wang Jin.
