The ideological and political work of state owned enterprise is an important part in ourcompany management, which as a product of our long term work experience in revolutionand economics. Based on the condition of socialist market economy, the ideological andpolitical work of state owned enterprise faces many new challenges and opportunities. In theprocess of the economic globalization and word multi-polarization, it will lose its dominantposition if there is no new vitality injected. In order to win broad acceptations under the neweconomic system and social system, the ideological and political work of state ownedenterprise needs to be renovated as the development of our country.This paper studied, according to the particular socio-economic background of thedevelopment of socialist market economy, the comprehensive development of state-ownedenterprise reform, the establishment of enterprise new system, we should learn the study ofcorporate culture, the internet, corporate psychology and corporate social work constructiondeeply in order to fully implement the content of the sixth session of the17th congress, tostrengthen the construction of socialist culture.
