Research On How To Innovate The Ideological And Political Work Of The State-owned Forest Enterprises In The New Period

State-owned forest industrial enterprises play a leading role in the forestry industry. Ideological and political work is the lifeline of the economic business and all the other businesses. State-owned forest industrial enterprises made great progresses with the development of various undertakings in the development, and continued reforming and innovating with the transition of the times. This requires the ideological and political work of the State-owned forest industrial enterprises to comply with the requirements of the times and actively promote the innovative ideas. In addition, the problems and defects exposed in the traditional ideological and political work, also need to be addressed through innovation.In order to do the research well, a series of rational scientific research methods was taken based on the particularity of the state-owned forestry enterprises’ ideological and political work,such as the investigation method, the analysis method and the experience summarization method. The firsthand materials about the state-owned forestry enterprises’ ideological and political work practices were acquired. Detailed and careful analysis and generalization was conducted on the data collected. The main arguments of this paper was drawn after the comparison, induction, deduction and analysis process.Firstly, the ideological and political work of the State-owned forest industrial enterprises are outlined:the description started from the content and features of the state-owned forestry enterprises ideological and political work; then came to the history of the ideological and political work in the State-owned forest industrial enterprises from five stages. Lastly the status and role of the ideological and political work in the State-owned forest industrial enterprises are summarized.Second the status of the ideological and political work in the State-owned forest industrial enterprises is analyzed, and the results and experiences gained in the course of development are confirmed, and its existing problems and causes were analyzed:First, the results achieved in the ideological and political work are summarized. Then four issues about the ideological and political work in the new situation are pointed out. Finally the four main reasons which caused the problems are extensively dug.Third the advanced experience of the ideological and political work got from other industries are focused on, such as the oil system, the agricultural reclamation system, the transportation system and the power system, in order to provide a reference for the State-owned forest industrial enterprises.Finally, the innovative paths which the ideological and political work in the state-owned forest industrial enterprises in the new era must follow are given. There are five main aspects of the innovative paths are listed:the concept aspect, the content aspect, the carriers aspect, the working methods aspect and the institutional mechanisms aspect. The innovation of the ideological and political work is supposed to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the actual ideological and political work.
