Research On The Restricting Factors And Countermeasures Of The Sustainable Development Of The Middle School Students' Volleyball League In Shandong Province

Volleyball, one of the three big balls(basketball,football and volleyball),has achieved remarkable achievements in the sports development history of China, thus holding a privileged position. In recent years, youth volleyball, an important part of volleyball, has received attention from sports department, education department and relevant departments in that it can both cultivate the youth’s teamwork spirit,promote development in all-round way, intellectually and physically, and reserve talents for the volleyball development of China, it plays a significant role in improving volleyball level.Shandong province attaches great importance to the selection and training of the youth volleyball talents. In 2011, Shandong Province volleyball league match, organized by ministry of education, is an important sport that our province gives priority to, whose influence spreads to education, economy,culture and many domains,it plays a positive role in promoting the youth volleyball development. Since the league was founded, it has focused on the sustainable development of organization. Considering the current situation, the league system is not well organized and remains to be improved, all these problems affected the sustainable development of organization. This thesis aims to make a research into those factors affecting sustainable development of the league and put forward some reasonable suggestions.This thesis investigates with the document research, questionnaire method, mathematical statistical methods, on-the-spot investigation, etc, analyzes with Shandong Province volleyball league match in 2015. The research finding shows:1. Various regions of the province attach greater importance to the league and increase input, it can both promote the league and the regional school volleyball development. School representative team expands increasingly and athletics level improves accordingly, the volleyball participants are also increasing, so the overall volleyball level of the whole province improves.2. One of the main reason that affects the league development remains to be solved- the perfect way to combine the sports with the education. For the athletes, there is no enough time to balance the theoretical studies and the extracurricular training,then it affects the league match and the volleyball development. Meanwhile, lacking of continuous guidance for the athlete about the follow-up development and future study and career, it affects students’ enthusiasm about the league match, thus it is harmful for the sustainable development of the league match.3. There are some defects for the operating mechanism of the league: the lower participation, the unitary sources of fund. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the comprehensive mechanism that promotes the league sustainable development, enhance the increase in social power and the enterprises participation, the marketization commercialization of the league and the sources of fund to meet the sports’ team demands.4.The age of couch in the league match of Shandong Province is relatively reasonable, though their theoretical knowledge is rich, the training and practice are rare without particapting experience. Then it prohibits the improvement of couch level overally.5.The athletes` age and sex are relatively harmonious, their participating enthusiasm is very high.But because of the short period of competition, the athletes have limited time and rare chance to compete, so it is difficult for them to contain lasting enthusiasm.
