These years, we focus more and more on the problem of how new teachers fit the career of teaching, and it is becoming one of the most important tasks that the school leaders have to face. And because of the speciality of the professional education of teachers, new teachers usually can't handle the job of teaching and educating as soon as they start, and it's unavoidable for them to meet various difficulties and problems at the beginning with the constantly changing of students and situations, and sometimes they even can't go on with the teaching. Research shows that the teaching problems for new teachers who are just starting are much more and more complicated than other teachers. As a result, it's more essential to discuss the cultivation and the improvement of fitting the new job for the new teachers.The essay does a more in-depth investigation about the new teachers'professional attitude, teaching ability, classroom management, teaching and research capacity, mental health education, training conditions and status of new teachers among part of schools in Dalian through questionnaires and interviews, it brings more new materials of teachers together, and shows a more comprehensive understanding of the entry of new teachers who adapt to commonly encountered difficulties and problems and some measures taken and lessons learned from the management of some schools. On this basis of the investigation, put forward some solutions and suggestions.This paper is divided into three partsThe first part lists and analyzes the main difficulties and problems new teachers adapt to the new jobs according to the questionnaire survey, interviews and information from the lessons. It is mainly about new teachers do not adapt to some aspects such as teaching work, psychological aspects of student management, and not suited to professional attitudes. And it clearly states the necessity and importance of the news teachers training. The second part analyzes the training status for the new teahcers from three aspects, the training content, training forms, training effectiveness, and further clarify the necessity of school training to the new teachers. The third part make a detail analysis based on the previous text about how to offer new teachers some personal ideas and suggestions on how to manage new teachers effectively in school.The paper tries to do something in the following areas:First of all, it describes the status of adaption of new teachers and problems they have to face, and pay efforts to explore the reasons. Secondly, think about the difficult problems new teachers adapt the new jobs rationally, discuss the practical training strategy schools should take, so as to shorten the adaptation of new teachers to provide a reference and help.
