Teachers are the most important factor in educational activities.As a special professional group,teachers take on the hope of the nation,the revitalization of the country and the task of training talents.As a special group of teachers,special post teachers have long struggled in the front line of rural areas,which plays an important role in the development of rural education.A number of studies have shown that the ratio of teacher turnover has been on the rise in recent years,this creates instability in the teaching profession,and the development of rural education is not conducive,however the induction period is an important period that influences new teachers' career orientation,career persistence and even professional development.Good adaptability will increase teachers' sense of self-efficacy and increase the probability of retention of special post teachers.But maladjustment may cause teachers to leave school in advance,so the quality of induction adaptation plays an important role in the stability of teachers themselves and the teaching team.The process of adaptation is the result of the comprehensive effect of environment and individual.As a soft environment,the organizational climate of middle school and the positive psychological quality of teachers are the individual psychological factors.How much influence do they have on the induction adaptation?What is the relationship between the three?This series of problems deserve further study.On the basis of the existing research at home and abroad,taking the newly appointed special post(1-3 years)teachers in 8 counties and cities of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,using questionnaire,interview and statistics as research methods,understand the current situation of organizational Climate,teachers'positive psychological quality and employment adaptation in Middle Schools and analyze the development level and influencing factors of organizational climate,positive psychological quality and job-entry adaptation in middle schools.This paper explores the relationship between the three and puts forward some pertinent suggestions for promoting teachers induction adaptation.Through the collation and analysis of data,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The organizational climate in middle schools is generally at a medium level.Learning Climate scored is the lowest.There are differences in the organizational climate among the highest educational background.(2)The climate of school organization is ordinary,because the ambiance of studying is not strong and the students there are inactive.And in the atmosphere of school organization,the management atmosphere,the studying atmosphere and the interpersonal atmosphere are have a great influence on the new special post teachers' job adaption.(3)In terms of the psychological quality,most of special post teachers in middle schools behave actively,but there are some teachers lack of motivation.The positive-going emotion and positive attitude of positive psychological quality have some influence on the new special post teachers' job adaption.
