Basic education curriculum reform is China's reform, opening up and economic, the inevitable result of social development, follows the international education development trend lift, is the trend of The Times. The aim of reform is to improve the quality of the Chinese nation, better cultivate innovative talents with high quality. In the course of old unfavorable to play a student's independency, initiative and creativity, is not conducive to improve students' quality, unfavorable to cultivate innovative talents in education ideas, content and methods should be reformed. School-based curriculum is to national curriculum and local course necessary supplement, and meanwhile school-based curriculum and it can directly and full embodiment of running a school target and the characteristics of a school, full consideration of the student's individual differences and demand for students in different levels provide sustainable development space. How to choose a suitable for junior high school students and integration development needs of art school-based curriculum teaching contents, improve students' humanities cultivated manners, practical innovation ability, waiting to us in the middle school teaching practice constantly exploration, research, and unremitting efforts.This paper first discusses junior high school art school-based curriculum development, the significance of junior high school of art that promoted school-based course teaching teachers' professional quality, reflected the teachers' value, the teacher of curriculum contents to build, integrating and enriched the curriculum resources, make operational stronger, stimulated the students' interests and improve the students' overall development. And then again in line with current junior high school art teaching situation analysis and study, puts forward the fine arts school-based curriculum content development principles and strategies. Through the theory and practice of mutual argumentation, formation of a scientific and effective teaching guidelines and hopes to junior high school art school-based curriculum content development assistance.
