According to the new curriculum reform and the development of education teaching form,The traditional teaching mode has become increasingly unsuitable for students' development.We have to reform the education,and the teaching and research should be at the forefront.In order to improve our teaching performance,our school has formulated the daily routine of teachers teaching in the school,the teacher's preparation,teaching,auxiliary,reform,examination,assessment of the various links to make strict rules.Among them,"One lesson three prepared"(individual preliminary preparation,collective research and preparation,and perfect preparation)and"one Lesson three practice"(class practice lesson preparation before class,practice in the classroom to consolidate,after-school practice after class to strengthen)But on teaching details made specific provision,the teacher is required to make preliminary preparation of the teaching material on the basis of research materials and syllabuses.Then,during the teaching and research activities,the group prepares classes for the unit.on the basis of the class preparation,teachers have prepared the curriculum.Students learn what,what to practice and what to do,all in "one lesson three practice" to be confirmed.The school always emphasizes the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching,and focuses on building efficient classroom."a lesson of three preparation and three practice" around the teachers how to prepare lessons and writing lesson plans and how to write a school-based decorate reasonable practice and practice for the two themes.The research purpose,in order to in the process of complex geography teaching,improve teaching and learning behavior,promote the realization of the geography effective classroom,finally reach the ultimate goal of geography education.Using the method of combining theory and practice of knowledge comes from practice.Will be "a lesson of three preparation and three practice" used in the concrete teaching practice,using the case analysis method,experimental method,education interviews and classroom observation,understand the teaching results and feedback in time.The study found that the problem from the geography teaching practice,instead of the empty and meaningless research,practical application of research to the classroom,make "the effective teaching model”teaching in service,The teacher offers"a lesson of three preparation and three practice "teaching mode,then subject teachers get together again in grinding and evaluation,to standardize the group research activity,and this model can achieve the anticipated effect of careful observation and analysis,In the final period,the students' learning achievements are evaluated and the experiment of effective classroom teaching mode is carried out effectively.Teachers' scientific preparation and well-prepared exercises,thinking of students as independent developers and cooperative explorers,Student is the master of the classroom.positioning itself to the position of service,auxiliary,guide,to a certain extent,inspired the students' interest in learning,to strengthen the motivation,cultivate the students' competitive consciousness,improve the efficiency of learning.In our high school of geography final exam,we have achieved good results in the city's unified examination.So"a lesson of three preparation and three practice" for" efficient classroom " building in our school is feasible.
