Nowadays, each country has focused their attention on cultivating qualified personnel.If our nation wants to become a great state which is full of human resources, we must show emphasis on the development of elementary education. As we all know, the three prominent educational managerial systems include educational inspection system,feedback and directions system. Among these, educational inspection system can provide effective control, which can strongly safeguard the consummate of the national education policies.It can not be denied that the educational inspection system in our country has promoted the development of the cause of education. But our educational inspection is still in the exploration period. We should try our best to perfect our educational inspection system. To make further perfection and development in China's educational inspection system, we should draw lessons from other countries. And make full use of excellent external experience. We should summarize the experience in accordance with what we really need in the educational reforms and development and bring forth new ideas as well as we can.This essay mainly discussed the implementation of English elementary educational inspection. It focused on eight aspects, that is the generation and development properties and significance,function and purpose,guiding principle,institutions and personnel,index,programming and characteristics. On the basis of this study, I summarize the experience in accordance with what we really need in the educational reforms. And then I put forward some revelation. First, we should pay more attention on educational inspection in order to give full play to its function; Second, we should strengthen supervision legislation and perfecting supervision laws and regulations. Third, we should set independent inspection institutions in order to specific responsibilities of leaders at all levels. Forth, we should be strict in selection of inspectors to ensure the quality of the inspection team. Fifth, we should unified evaluation index system so that we can give full play to the function of inspection. Sixth, during the inspection activity, we should listen to various opinions. Last, we should value the inspection feedback effects so that we can take elaborate improvement measures.
