With the development of society and conomics,the implementation of education reform,it is required that the teacher should pay attention to the individual differences to satisfy the different needs of students. In the practical teaching of High school information technology course,due to the learning experience,family background,learning attitude,learning style,etc. there are considerable difference between the basic levels of students in the informational technology. It is an important problem to the information technology teachers that how to take care of individual differences of students so that each student's personality can be fully developed in the current educational environment.I have carried out practical study of teaching information technology for last semester in the second High school of Panjin City on the basis of abundant literature material. With the survey research,I have done a systematic analysis of differences in student information literacy from learning experience,knowledge bassis,learning needs,interest in learning,etc. Different teaching strategies for information technology is formulated according to the design idea of different teaching model,combined with the practical results of investigations to the differences of students,to stimulate the enthusiasm of students and improve their information literacy as a precondition. The students are divided into "base layer ","development level","improve the level" according to investigation results to reasonable refinement and supplement on the teaching content. Different learning objectives are developed to encourage students to process higher learning objectives on the condition of completing learning tasks. The teaching program is constantly improved to enhance teaching effectiveness in the implementation of teaching process according to the actual conditions of students. At the same time,student and student collaboration and teacher-student dialogue is introduced to enhance the interaction between students and teachers. Additionally,heterogeneous grouping is also used to realize"comprehensive operation" in order to promotesocial development of individuals. The experimental data is obtained in study of the different teaching practice,through different methods like the use of literature,questionnaire,interview,test method and contrast method. All in all,this model is applied on the courses of information technology,not only improve the interest of students and change the learning styles but also lessen the differences of individual information technology level. It also has played a positive influence to regional quality of teaching and helped students to fully develop their intelligence so that each student's information literacy can be advanced on the basis of achievement in the curriculum standards for each student.It is sincerely hoped that this study may provide reference for the majority of front-line teachers teaching in information technology.
