Modern society is changing into net society quickly and knowledgeable economy has already become a part of our life. Traditional pedagogy is falling short of its wishes when it faces new ideas. Reflection and development of humanity must be a function of education, so education must work to inspire the development of humanity, to inspire to discover and develop individual's every ability and consummate ourselves insistently. The development of our society requires the combination of all—round development of human being and the development of the individual, so the development of education must be satisfied with society's requirement. The diversity of teaching method proceeds from the development of society and individual, respect the difference of students and consider the development of students as the foundation, so that it can come into being an opening, live, democratic, harmonious and positive studying environment. It will inspire the inner requirements of students by bringing students' subjective initiative into play. We should plan the subjects reasonably, they can not only grasp the elementary knowledge of subjects and skills, but also can develop their features of individual by studying positively, so that students can fit the development of society and become the new generation who contains the solid foundation, diversity of individual and healthy personality. We can really realize the quality education at last. In order to give every student an environment which can suit their development, we should admit the difference between the students and respect them, so that it can inspire the student's development of feature. Inspiring the student's development in former foundation and educating by themselves is the final intent of diversity of teaching method. We should pay much attention to each student's advantage and its inner ability, thinking about the difference , emphasize the communication, cooperation and share among the students during the teaching. So that, it can inspire each student to study positively and initiatively and realize the quality education at last.
