The students' physical and mental development has its stability and universality under a certain stage. Thanks to the differences among the psychological quality, environment, educational effect and their efforts, specialities and distinctions appear in the students of the ages during the different periods. The students in the same class have all kinds of learning habits, behavior and interest, and meanwhile show their different demands and abilities in their study. The Subject-Reform Program for the Primary Education clearly notes: "In the teaching process, teachers are supposed to respect students' personalities, pay close attention to their individual differences, meet the students' demands, create the educational surroundings which make them participate actively, fire students with learning enthusiasm and develop their abilities to master and use knowledge."For the research of the IT differential teaching tactics fitting the locality characteristic, the author has carried on the practice of the differential teaching tactics active research in this school from 2002, and by three circulation courses of plan, action, observe and rethinking, analyses in individual difference and in the reason of individual difference, and studies to the different cases in each course. We Work out the tactics to looking after the students' differences , under the lower circumstances of not very at the entire difference of students and IT cognizant standard adopting the low starting point, we should using the ways of low-started point, slow rhythm and technique-oriented method to raise the studying awareness and interesting , promote the students' abilities,. As students' difference is enlarged and has part of high-level classmates, the strategy that the low-level students adopts colleague's mutual aids can ease the teachers' workload and raise the students' study effects; adopting learns the lead type and the different layer teaching methods, can improve the students' study abilities. Using methods such as raise requirement and expanding, prolong etc to middle-high-level students, can promote their personalities. Under the condition of students' IT cognizant level improved, differences enhanced, Based on problem solving, We should use some teaching methods, such as justified cent-set method, exchange discussions, colleague teaching and different layer teaching, etc. exchange and cooperation can develop the students' realizes and raises their cooperative abilities, raise the student's information literacy.By this experiment, the references to the IT education will be provided for the high schools and the possible references for the follow-up researchers.
