In modern society, the far-reaching strategic significance and brilliant practical meaning of forging a high qualified teaching team with modern educational concept and armed with modern educational theory is obvious. Especially in this fast growing information network age full of knowledge BIG BANG, the professional development of teachers has increasingly become the key influential factor of the condition of educational transformation of our country.A new round of curriculum revolution of China has posed more requirements to teacher's professional development, Teachers are required with great enthusiasm into teaching, educational work, changing educational ideas and playing multiple roles, improving their professional quality and to achieve their own professional development. Then how about their working condition in the real teaching activities? Do they have the motivation of actively proceed self-development? What are the factors influencing the motivation of teaching work? All of above questions are worthy speculation and research. For these purposes, The research is based on the macro background of curriculum revolution of Chinese contemporary basic education and the present condition of curriculum and instruction revolution of urban junior middle school, adopting the documentary method,questionnaire survey, interviewing method, investigated the condition of employment motivation on teachers from Changsha urban junjor middle school.Investigation results are showing:On the whole, at present, the employment motivation of Changsha urban junior middle school teacher ranks mid-level, but large differences existing in four aspects:degree of occupational recognition, degree of job satisfaction, job stability and working pressure. Among them, degree of occupational recognition ranks first, following are degree of job satisfaction and working pressure, it is the job stability that ranks the lowest. Meanwhile, the background of teachers in four different aspects are different. According to the survey, In this thesis, reasons are analysed in four aspects:economic growth and employment pressure, culture traditions and educational development, gap between rural and urban areas and value orientation, teacher education and teacher training, meanwhile, advisors are given in government, school, society and teacher.
