The teachers’job satisfaction is a kind of attitude and emotional experience to thecondition and environment of their job。 the teachers’job satisfaction is directlyinfluences on the teaching effective and their emotions, the research of jobsatisfaction of urban high school have three aspects: personal background factors、individual experience factors、the external environment factors which comparethese teachers’different background variables so as to know how they contribute tothese teachers’overall work performance,The teachers’job satisfaction can offerreference for making teacher’s policy, provide foundation to manage faculties andmake teachers’ management policy for schools. While realizing the purposementioned above,the research of job satisfaction of urban secondary high schoolteachers have significance influence on inspiring the iniative of junior middleschool teachers in work,ultimately balancing the development of urban juniorschool and sustainability of the compulsory education。 On the basis of a series ofpreparations,the study compiles the questionnaire of teacher’s job satisfaction injunior high school.Then the researcher selects280teachers from8junior highschools in changsha,By comprehensive investigation and data analysis,the studydraws following conclusions:(1)On the whole,the degree of job satisfaction of the junior high schoolteachersis high.(2)The job satisfaction degree of female teachers is higher than maleteachers,and there exist obvious difference in social recognition, stress.(3)Thereexist obviousdifference in teachers’age in thecwork intensity、students’cooperate、career identity.(4)There exist obvious difference in teachers’marital status with thework intensity, work colleagues relations.Stress (5)There exist obvious differencein teachers’the division of responsibility with the work colleagues’relations、workintensity、 leadership’s relation social recognition、 students’cooperate、 parents’support、colleagues’relations, organizational management (6)There exist obviousdifference in teachers’ professional identity with work income,students’cooperate、career identity、 work intensity.(7)There existobvious difference in teachers’profession post with the work environment,, social identity、 professionalidentity.(8)There exists obvious difference inteachers’pay with social identity、professional identity。the higher incomes,the high degree of teachers’job satisfaction。 According to the above—mentioned results,the study discussed division of Theteachers’job satisfaction,and analysis and discussion their differences.What’smore,around three aspects,creating healthy environment and improving the effectiveof policy and law and teachers should develop and improve constantly by themselves,several pieces of advice on improving the1eVels of youth teacher’s professionalidentity were presented....
