As a share of GDP, Educational expenditure is far less than the world average of 4%,which has become an indisputable fact. "Relying on technology and education" can not just be a slogan, but allowed to play a practical role. The rational allocation of national resources on education is a responsibility for the government, not only sufficient to protect education funding, but also to promote the economic and social development, between urban and rural areas, such as the rational allocation of inter-regional. Discussion of financial education in which the proportion of expenditure to GDP. Its economic and social relations is to determine the reasonableness of the expenditure as the main factor.This paper has analyzed the combined expenditures of our country's financial investment on education and its problems and the research with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, while spending on the current lack of financial education on the causes of comparison with the horizontal, vertical comparison, structural analysis and other methods. Theory part does emphasis on financial education spending and economic relations and the need for growth. Empirical analysis of some of the major existing status and the impact of spending less, then goes into the reasons with the right medicines. This last part of the existing problems are given for their recommendations.
