"Environmental protection, education-oriented" environmental education for sustainable development is the future direction of environmental education, environmental education in primary and secondary schools based on the position and role. School environmental education bears great historical mission, value and strengthen environmental education in primary and secondary schools that is the great practical significance. To the end, the Ministry of Education issue "special education schools for environmental education framework" made the lack of effectiveness of environmental education issues. How to implement the "Outline" spirit and promote the effective implementation of environmental education in primary and secondary education that is an important environmental issue. Review of the Development of environmental education, based on environmental education in middle schools in Hohhot. The Survey on the implementation of the outstanding problems was in the process of summing up a serious and in-depth reflection, which was made up of reality with certain of the practical measures and the current high school environmental education of Hohhot's practical guidance. This thesis is divided into five parts following:PartⅠ: Introduction, which mainly discusses the research background, purpose, significance and research methods. PartⅡ:The main method based on literature methods that focus on environmental education for sustainable development. Prominent features of the concept and initial discussions on the nature of primary and secondary school environmental education curriculum, research and analysis of the situation internally. The current serious environmental issues, which face our country and the significance of environmental education in primary and secondary schools, described in detail the historical mission of environmental education in primary and secondary schools. PartⅢ:The main description of Hohhot and the status of environmental education in secondary schools which throughout the investigation process findings, and interviews with school leaders of all the results and sorting proposed to carry out environmental education in secondary schools in Hohhot's problems. PartⅣ:Environmental Education for the implementation of Hohhot exist many problems. The author based on macro and micro levels. The actual situation in the region combined with Hohhot where followed several high school environmental education to solve a problem of countermeasures. PartⅤ:That is the end of the paper, which is a summary, analysis of deficiencies, the proposed study goals and direction.
