A Research In The Psychological Health Education Model Against The Background Of The New Context Of The Curriculum In Primary And Secondary Schools

In modern times, the psychological health education in primary and secondary schools is being paid more and more attention. What's more, the new concepts of the new curriculum provide a new development platform for the school psychological health education. Nevertheless, in the context of the new curriculum, it has become a significant practical issue that the current educators learn how to construct the model of the psychological health education in primary and secondary schools. Based on abundant of documents and the working experience of many years, setting about the psychological health education and the new curriculum consistent goal conception, this article proposes the construction of a national-local-school three external administrative system model , and proposes the operation mode of the psychological health education, focusing on courses, disciplines infiltration, counseling, the family-school-social education, and network education. This article utilizes other psychological health education models used in schools abroad and in Hong Kong and Taiwan in respect of organizations, development patterns, professional teachers and the model of seeking common ground while accepting the existing differences. Moreover, the author proposes some suggestions of operation strategies of how to solve the practical problems: in terms of the developmental imbalance of psychological health education in different areas, the author suggests the "Helping the rich to the poor" system-, in terms of the implementation of the new curriculum theory out of touch with reality, the author suggests the "Professionals to the reality and teachers to the theories" system; in terms of the primary and secondary school teachers with different abilities, the author suggests the"combining recommending with training" system; in terms of there being no active enough atmosphere of psychological health education around the campus, the author suggests the "propagandizing infiltration "system; in terms of the lack of the running expenses in psychological health education operating, the author suggests funds system for the psychological health education.
