S Communication Institute is a IT training institutions established in 2004, its main business is the direction of mobile application software talents training. Enrollment has been thousands of people. S Communication Institute has also set up R & D team, as many mobile phone software companies provide outsourcing services. This school is consists of production, teaching and researching..S Communication Institute, the industry's reputation is very good level of education, teachers and teaching quality is very good, the sessions of student satisfaction is over 90%. Graduates employed widely welcomed by the business, the employment rate of 95% or more. But the school has been not to achieve annual earnings. The universal law of the industry is to recruit 600 participants to achieve profitability. This is contrary to the trade laws. This shows that S Communication Institute, a certain internal management and has a more serious financial problems.2009 is the first year of 3G in 2010, is the 3G development,2011 was a number of industry experts and analysts believe that is the 3G explosive development of the year. The end of 2011,3G subscribers are expected to total up to 1 billion yuan.3G industrial scale, this flagship school 3G licenses S is an unprecedented development opportunity.In this thesis, the strategic PEST analysis SWOT analysis and other methods, comprehensive and objective analysis of the S Communication Institute in which the external environment and the macro-political and economic internal conditions of the two S Communication Institute, the Institute obtained S living environment and communications conditions. These results show that:S is not particularly prominent Communication Institute, strengths, weaknesses obvious, many internal problems, and its external environment in which opportunities, not threats, enabling the rapid development and growth.
