HT Shaanxi Branch's Profitability Improvement Plan Design

With the development of social economy,the training industry has been growing rapidly in recent years.The training industry is subdivided into professional title examination training,postgraduate examination training,K12 training,grade examination training,public examination training,art training,etc.the common feature of the training industry is the light asset profit model,because its small and big economic leverage is worth our in-depth study.The most typical training industry should be public examination training,which aims to pass the national entrance examination for public office.The period of public examination training is very short,and it develops rapidly in recent years.In this context,this paper chooses HT Shaanxi Branch as the research object.First of all,the theory,concept,research methods and literature review of profitability analysis are described,so as to build the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes the research object HT Shaanxi branch from the basic situation,financial situation,profitability status.In the process of analyzing profitability,we use a series of financial indicators and Du Pont Model to point out the problems in its profitability.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the profitability improvement plan of HT Shaanxi Branch is designed,and the safeguard measures for the profitability improvement plan are further sorted out.To sum up,combined with the industry background and the particularity of HT Shaanxi Branch's own development,I hope that the study of this paper,we can provide some references for the operators of the training industry.
