The Research On Trends Of Rural Transformation Based On The Type Analysis Of The Village Combincation

Since the 21st century, Chinese rural society has been experiencing the rapid transformation, and the development of town and village has been stepped into the new episode. The village, as the basic unit in Chinese society structure, whose development always plays a pivotal role in progress of historic footnote. Accompany with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the villages in Shandong Province are disappearing with a geometric speed as the result of combination. The progress of combination encounters many obstacles because of the various village style and development in different district, leading to the distinct characteristics due to the different positive impulse. This research aims at analyzing the Villages combination type in Shandong Province, reflecting the notion of urbanization vis-a-vis, and finally explores the relationship of brand-new town and village.Recently, the research of Villages combination is in the nascent stage, most of which is hands-up analysis based on the pragmatic job. The research methodology, to some extent, is stuck in the dilemma both on macro description and micro analysis. This research, by virtue of existing on-sight research, eliminates the regional limitation, summarizing the micro analysis of several villages tentatively, and then retain the three typical types of Villages combination including government-led combination, industry-oriented and expansion combination, and die-type Villages combination based on general comparison, so that explore the trends of changes in the view of such kinds of combination. First, the essential of government-led combination is due to the government, namely the concentration of land considering and policy of government, aiming at becoming a small-town. The industry-oriented and expansion combination has mixed the industry and villages, the essential of which is the concentration of population according to the economic interest, and taking a path of expansion grounded in the radiation of center village and town. Die-type Villages combination is led from the regional advantage and the transformation of status, which is taking a path of combination with community. The Villages combination, which is on behalf of the changes of villages, is facing the trade-off in the long-term practical development and turning out to be the three trends:growing, disappearing and merger.The sudden change offers tons of opportunities to villages but at meantime, tons of challenges. It is particularly necessary to think over the relationship of towns and villages and opt the path discreetly in the implementation of policy. Rural development trend based on the Urban-rural unitary view is meant to be the reciprocal and harmonized style with mixed cities and villages.
