With"Quality Project"of the Ministry of Education launched, our domestic university started the construction of teaching teams to promote teaching discussion and exchange of teaching experiences in reaching the objective of undergraduate education enhancement. However, a variety of problems has showed up in the process, leaving the most critical problems behind: lecturers'less initiative in the involvement of teaching team work. Therefore, a number of motivating measures have been implemented for lecturers'inspiration of positivity and initiative in the participation of teaching team work. Although incentive mechanisms of university teaching teams have gained some progress, there are still numerous issues that seriously influenced the collaborative efficiency. With the purpose of delving into the real reasons hidden in the teaching teams'incentive mechanisms, the dissertation carried out the comprehensive analysis from external system and internal members by way of game theory and psychological contract theory, specifically, by utilizing game theory, we can conduct the analysis of university teaching teams'motivational issues in terms of open and interactive angle; by utilizing psychological contract theory, whether the members'expectation is satisfied, it shall be a good access in providing the theoretical basis of constructing rational university teaching teams'incentive mechanisms.The academia has given notice to the research of university teaching teams, while they paid no particular attention. The dissertation conducted analysis and discussion towards the issues existed in the university teaching teams'incentive mechanisms, in an attempt for the construction of rational structure.First, the dissertation had an concept overview relating to the university teaching teams'incentive mechanisms, on the basis of literature survey, conducted carding towards relative research and indicated deficiencies of research and prospective outlook.Second, the dissertation conducted the study combined quantitative research with qualitative research. To achieve thorough understanding towards current status and existed problems of university teaching teams'incentive mechanisms, 100 pieces of questionnaires were handed out in the process of quantitative research, communication with principals and team members of university teaching teams is also made.Third, based on motivational theories, we carried through analysis from two layers of existed problems occurred in the university teaching teams'incentive mechanisms. Above all, by utilizing game theory, motivational issues concerning university external systems were analyzed; encompassing support system of resource environment, benefit distribution system, performance appraisal system, etc. Besides, motivational issues in terms of team internal layer are analyzed by using psychological contract theory, including material incentives, spiritual motivation, developing incentives and so on.Fourth, strategies and proposes were put forward towards the issues existed in the University Teaching Teams'Incentive Mechanisms, based on the demonstration research and theoretical analysis.
