The constructer of the scientific and research virtual team can sharing the scientific talents with interdisciplinary background and experimental platform among the universities which could realized the need of researching the scientific projects jointly. Currently,the organization mode of virtual team is still in the initial development stage, and no systematic studies on the constructing conditions of virtual teams,the management of virtual team, the flow mode of information and knowledge inside the virtual team, but these have caused many scholars' attention who occupy the area of information science,information management as well as the research and development of information technology,some scholars have studied from a theoretical perspective, the universities also have made some actual discussions.Therefore, we select the universities in Shandong province as the object of scientific virtual team to be researched,involving the trust mechanism, information and knowledge sharing mechanism,incentive mechanism and the evaluation and operation system of team members'performance, and based on the above studies,we finally propose a reasonable and scientific operation mode of university's scientific and research virtual teams.In the first place,we make a questionnaire with Google to survey attitudes of our target population, abstract factors from the measuring indicators with the method of principal component analysis to establish systems dynamics model of virtual teams. According to the statistical result of the data provided by the questionnaire, combined with cause-effect relationship,we analyze the corporate desire of construction of virtual teams as well as dynamic changes of the time cost and economic cost.Secondly, the tacit knowledge of the members related are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive appraisal. The simulation and analysis of knowledge sharing and innovation are also presented with knowledge transfer factors by integrating Petri Nets, with a view to develop in a desirable manner.Then, on the basis of trusted organization and the characteristics of virtual teams, we make an Analysis of the trust radius with the respect to find a method to expand the radius of trust.Furthermore, we construct an evaluation system, composed with achievement evaluation for both individuals and the entire group. In order to operate the team smoothly, we also establish a guarantee mechanism for every aspect of the process.Finally, on the basis of previous work, we propose dynamic contract operational model for virtual teams of science and research in the universities. Based on the theory of dynamic contract operational model, nesting with the trust mechanism,information and knowledge sharing mechanisms and incentive mechanism together.
