IntroductionThrough the experiment with two groups of elderly lower limb muscle, waist back muscle, lumbar muscles force and gait, static balance ability test, for the purpose of studying taijiquan on dynamic and static balance ability of elderly influence mechanism.MethodsSelect 40 community as the research object, 20 elderly practicing taijiquan above two years(10 for men and 10 for women) is experimental group; 20 elderly never practice taijiquan exercisers and did not attend other projects (10 for men and 10 for women ) is control group. Two groups of elderly were respectively, lower limb muscle testing gait test, lumbar abdomen muscle testing and static balance ability test. Experimental data using statistical software SPSS13.0 to undertake handling, (P < 0.05) for was significant difference (P < 0.01) for a very significant differences.Results(1) The experimental group's lower limb muscle, foot stronger than and abdominal muscle strength are superior to that of the control group, all present significant difference; Group and control group of lumbar back muscle strength was not statistically significant. (2)In the control group, male lower limb muscle, foot stronger were superior to women, present significant differences, including foot stronger than present very significant difference, Male waist muscle strength obviously better than the female, appear very significant difference, The abdominal muscle than men, but not women presented significant differences. (3) Female superior to men in control group mobile index, presenting significant difference, while the average frequency no significant difference, Male controls step length obviously better than the control group, including women the right steps long presents significant difference, but the single index variation is female foot control group, which are superior to men left foot presents significant difference; Left and right foot support time between the two groups no obvious difference. (4)Group stride length than control group, but did not present significant differences, Mobile index was lower significantly group, presenting significant differences. Group was better than control steps about the long, presenting significant difference among them right shows very significant difference, Single-support time in two groups of the elderly is different, but no significant difference, Experimental left and right foot coariates index under control, but not yet present significant differences. (5)Compared with control group, the biggest pendulum picture, trajectory around long no obvious difference, and the biggest pendulum picture before, peripheral area and per unit area trajectory length than control group, appear very significant difference, A rectangular area presents the significant differences.Conclusion(1)Long-term taijiquan exercise, can strengthen the elderly lower limbs and abdominal muscle power, but this has strong waist muscle no obvious intervention, this causes the expansion department muscle power got certain degree of calibration, thus make the balance ability enhanced; (2) Taijiquan exercise helps the elderly gait stability enhancement, to old people step length is obvious, but to affect single-support time and no significant correlation between left and right foot influence;(3) Long-term taijiquan exercise can obviously improve the elderly dynamic and static balance ability.
