The purpose of the study: Through the related control of the experiment, the female college students who participated in the 12-week-old Sun-style Taijiquan, training were used to test the gait of the foot-pressure force-measuring plate of the Zebris,Germany, and the foot-angle,the step length, the stride length/ stride length, the step width, the pace and the step frequency of the gait-related index were measured. The two support phases, the movement index, the support phase, the single support phase and the swing equal to11 indexes are collected and analyzed. It is proposed to solve two related problems:(1)to quantify the gait index of female college students after the exercise of Sun-style Taijiquan,.(2)The effect of Sun-style Taijiquan,on the gait stability and gait symmetry of female college students is revealed.Study methods: 246 students of female college students(non-sports majors)of the2017-2018 academic year of the Chinese Normal University for the first term of the first term of the school year 2017-2018 are mobilized and selected as experimental subjects by asking for observation and other methods,in which the students have no movement disorders,There were no cognitive disorders, physical health,no apparent mental illness, and voluntary participation in a term of one semester(12 weeks),from which 31 were extracted,17 in the experimental group and 14 in the control group. Results of the study: 1.In the normal-speed walking state, the experimental group before the experiment and the control group and the control group had no significant difference before and after the experiment. There was a significant difference(P <0.05)between the experimental group and the control group(P <0.05),and the mean value of the control group in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the moving index decreased. The gait index, pace and movement index of the experimental group were significantly different before and after the experiment(P <0.05).After the experiment, the pace was faster than that before the experiment, and the moving index was decreased, but the stride, the step width, the step frequency and the two support phases had no significant difference(P> 0.05),and the foot deflection angle,The step size, the support phase, the single support phase and the swing phase were all changed before and after the experiment, and there was a slight change in the left and right difference, but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).2.In the slow walking state, only the movement index before and after the experiment in the experimental group was significant(P <0.05),and the mean value after the experiment was less than that of the pre-experiment,the step, the step width, the step frequency, the pace speed and the two support phases were changed, but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05),the foot deflection angle,The step size, the support phase, the single support phase and the swing phase were all changed before and after the experiment, and there was a slight change in the left and right difference, but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).3.In the rapid walking state, the experimental group before the experiment and the control group and the control group had no significant difference before and after the experiment. There was a significant difference(P <0.05)between the experimental group and the control group, and the experimental group showed a significant difference in the step width, the pace of the step, the pace of the step and the mobility index(P <0.05).The experimental group showed significant difference in gait index, step frequency, pace and mobility index before and after the experiment(P <0.05).After the experiment, the step width decreased, the pace of the step was increased, the step frequency was increased, and the moving index was decreased. However, there was no significant difference between the two support phases(P> 0.05),and there was a slight change in the left and right difference, but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).4.The stride, step frequency, pace and double support phase of the gait index in the fast walking condition have a significant difference(P <0.05).Compared with the normal-speed walking and the slow-running state, the stride is the largest, the step frequency is the fastest, the pace is the fastest, and the two double-support phases are the shortest; At the same time, the left and right difference of the foot angle, the step size, the support phase, the single support phase and the swing phase at the three speeds had no significant difference before and after the experiment(P> 0.05).Study conclusions: After 12 weeks of training, the gait of two groups of female college students was quantified at three different speeds, and it was found that the gaitspeed increased and the movement index decreased under the constant speed walking condition. Therefore, practicing Sun-style Taijiquan can promote the stability of college students walking at constant speed. In the slow walking state, the movement index is reduced, and the stability of the slow walking of the college students is promoted.Under the condition of fast walking, the walking speed is reduced, the pace speed is accelerated, the step frequency is accelerated, the moving index is reduced, and the stability of the fast walking state after the exercise of the Sun-style Taijiquan,is promoted. It is found that the difference of the gait index at the fast walking speed is the most obvious, the normal walking speed is the second, the slow walking speed is the weakest, the gait stability is more significant for the rapid gait,The normal speed is the second, and the slow speed is less affected. The walking stability is the best in the fast state, the second is the second and the slow speed is poor. However, the exercise of Sun-style Taijiquan has no effect on the symmetry of gait.
