In recently years, along with the rapid economic growth and urbanization,urban population has increased quickly. The hurried lifestyle and competitive social environment affect us hugely. Under the pressure, people has been far away from the nature gradually, which leads to the the decline in physical fitness.In this environment, those outdoor sports which can make people close to the nature and relax our mind generated. Thus our desire to escape the city and back to nature are stronger and stronger. Under the environment “fitness”, the concept of the health are deeply into our mind and became the main rhyme now. People go outdoors gradually in the holidays, which becomes a boom of the outdoor sports.In this article, after a series investigation such as Documents, Questions Survey Method,Sites Survey, Starting from its origin, concept, reach status in home and abroad, I locate the QingHai Outdoor Sports Club as the study object Logical Analysis etc. I will probe into it by combining the theory and the practice, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, and then analysis its background,current status, the market management condition, existing issues and future development as the theoretical support for Qinghai Outdoor Sports Clubs’ good development.The study shows:1.The Qinghai Outdoor Sports Club Wholly is in starting time, and has very short business time. It has a very imperfect management system. Also Its narrow operation principle, Single business pattern and low overall benefits decide.2.The Management ownership are defined precisely, so is the mismanagement of the registration. A perfect matching system regulations and the mechanism of the market permission is highly needed.3.Limited by the local economical development, consumption level of the outdoor sports is very low, so are the related basic equipment.4.The Fierce Market competition:(1) unhealthy competition within the industry,which reduce the quality of the product and service, results to the confusion of the outdoor-sport market;(2)Tourism(substituted industry),which gets perfect service system and divides the outdoor-sport market gradually, becomes a strong competitor to the outdoor-sport clubs.5.Currently most of the clubs shorten the authorization of the related department. The staff system are not centered, also the professional talents are needed. On the whole, the clubs are in great confusion.6.Unreasonable age structure of the membership and rigorous consumer orientation results to the serious homogeneous service products of the clubs. The development level is very low.7.The low awareness in the outdoor sports, little related knowledge of sports and weakness of the skills, low level of the sports decide its early stage.8.The outdoor activities developed are very few and the activities among are seriously homogeneous. We develop these program without taking Qinghai natural landscapes and culture resource into consideration, lack of innovation.9.The ways of promotion are single and does not look adequate. Also It seems that we lack of the significance of the brand building.Suggestions:1.The government should clear the executive administrative department and enhance and perfect the relevant law regulations.2.Reinforce the infrastructure constructions, establish the right training mechanism, help the club staff develop professionally.3.The clubs between should reach an agreement, expand corporation, share and optimize advantage resource. On the other way, we should strengthen corporation with the travel agency, combine the regular travel line with outdoor-sport line,improving the user experience.4.To establish the system of Qinghai outdoor-sport market permission and operation supervision; establish the qualification system of both the clubs and club staffs.5.We need to analysis the consumer and the market conditions, do the market research. Subdivide the market and locate the products according to the service features.6.As to the government and the clubs, outdoor-sports event are welcomed to held to expand the outdoor-sport knowledge, which improve the awareness of the outdoor sports and build a very positive atmosphere.7.Make full use of the regional culture of nationality, natural environment to innovate the related program and enhance quality of the service.8.Make full use of the internet, reinforce the publicity and promotion of the outdoor sports, expand the ways and range of operation, establish the awareness of the brand.
