New curriculum requires the physical education should focus on process and attention to the ability of students. This requires that we teach not only knowledge itself, and should teach students to solve problems. One of the effective ways is to carry out model of instruction, teaching students to solve problems using the model. Knowledge of physics is relatively abstract, but also closely linked with the practical, especially in solving practical problems need to be flexible use of the knowledge, the learning ability of students have higher requirements. Traditional physical education is mainly focused on imparting knowledge, do not attach importance to the students comprehend the process of knowledge. Students can not grasp the scientific method to study physics, they also can not understand physical concepts from multiple perspectives, and thus can not form a scientific thinking to solve practical problems. The process of doing physics problems results should be analysis the meaning of problems abstracting the physical model, sure to follow the law and to identify, then to build equation, finally discussing the results of the problem. But many students do not master this skill. The important reason for the failure solving the problem is that students can not be abstracted from the physical model of the problem. We tend to ignore the students to use modeling methods to understand the physics concepts, principles, laws to solve the problem. The role of teachers is to make students not only to make clear what students learn, why learn it, more important is to let students know how to learn, train the students to master the scientific way of thinking and methods. Therefore, model of teaching is carried out major research in this paper.This article mainly force on the example of the gravitational to show how to build models and how to use the model to solve the problem, mainly from the practical point of view to discuss how to apply the model to solve problems. With this mode, the students will master the knowledge more firmly; they can solve new problems flexibility by using model.
