A Research On The Cultural Construction Of Learning-oriented Associations In Colleges

Constructing the learning-oriented associations in colleges is a new and significant issue in the process of constructing the learning-oriented society in the new century. Based on the literature research of theories and practices on colleges' learning-oriented associations and the learning-oriented associations' cultural construction, this thesis, takes the case of H College in Guangxi for example to understand the current situation of the cultural construction for colleges' learning-oriented associations though the methods of questionnaire, interview as well as observation, etc. By analyzing the problems existing in the cultural construction of colleges' learning-oriented associations, the thesis proposed some major strategies for the cultural construction of learning-oriented associations in colleges.The thesis includes four parts:The first part is the theoretical basis for the cultural construction of colleges' learning-oriented associations. The theoretical basis includes the Marxism theories on cultural construction, learning organization as well as theories on informal organization and corporate culture.The second part is about the era value of cultural construction of learning-oriented associations in colleges. The discussion on the value of colleges' learning-oriented associations' cultural construction to students'individual development, to colleges' connotation development and harmonious development of society in this thesis indicates the significance and far-reaching influence of the cultural construction of colleges' learning-oriented associations.The third part is the analysis on the current situation of the cultural construction of colleges' learning-oriented associations, which is based on the case of H College in Guangxi. The difficult point of this thesis lays in the analysis on the questionnaires of H College's cultural construction of learning-oriented associations and the discussion of its current status from the levels of building material culture, spiritual culture and institutional culture, as well as H College's existing problems in the cultural construction of learning-oriented associations.The fourth part is about the main strategies for the cultural construction of colleges' learning-oriented associations in China. This part proposes systematic, scientific and feasible approaches and strategy choices in detail for the construction of learning-oriented association culture in colleges from the following aspects: cultivating learning-oriented associations'core value culture by the socialist core value system, further creating good environments and atmosphere for constructing learning-oriented associations' culture based on the People-Oriented Concept, building "learning-oriented" branding campaigns, promoting associations' image designing and activity planning, training the learning-oriented superintendents for the learning-oriented associations, learning corporate culture construction, establishing perfect mechanism in support the cultural construction of learning-oriented associations, as well as highlighting the cultural construction of learning-oriented associations within associations' cultural construction.
