| In the information technology revolution,the development of media change rapidly,traditional media newspapers,broadcasting and so on,and gradually developed many new media: Internet technology based on network media,such as new media in network information,text,audio(in one of the sports news website);mobile media based on wireless network technology at present,the main carrier of the mobile media is the mobile phone,which is also called the "fifth media";new media integration and network technology based on digital technology,such as digital TV etc..New media,with its strong technical advantages,has brought great influence on various information fields.College sports associations is a product of the times of school sports development in the new era,the concept of physical education reform is to promote the construction of campus sports culture,improve the comprehensive ability of students,both inside and outside the exchange and communication,strengthen the cultivation of high level talents of great significance.Therefore,the effective use of new media to develop college sports associations is an important part of the current university student management system and the development of school sports.It is also an inevitable outcome of college sports to meet the needs of College Students' continuous sports.This paper mainly studies the college sports associations in Kunming city in 10,Yunnan University,Yunnan Normal University,Kunming University of Science and Technology Sports Association and Yunnan University of Nationalities as the representative,are members of the sports community and the people responsible for the investigation and study,analysis the following conclusions from the use of media and community personnel basic situation,sports associations of the new media,the new cognition the media of sports associations of the specific effect:1.Kunming city college sports community type is more comprehensive,to meet the requirements of college students for sports associations of university sports associations to choose diversification,staff associations because of their own interests,which select people for ball games and martial arts are more,the ratio of male and female workers in the larger gap of sports associations,mostly girls.Besides,the sports associations in Kunming will mainly provide new media support for WeChat public numbers and campus websites,but there is a lack of communication betweenfunds and associations.2.New media technology has been in a stage of rapid development of university sports associations in Kunming city in the construction of university sports associations,the use of new media to WeChat and QQ,the new media spread fast,easy to use and easy to access is an important reason for its rapid development in the city of Kunming College sports club,however,due to lack of the construction of the new media the club's funding is not enough,not enough to grasp the new media technology,college students' understanding of the new media is not comprehensive,there is a certain one sidedness,and the person in charge of the university sports associations of the theoretical knowledge of new media technology and the use of new media technology,there are still some problems,especially not to make full use of new media technology on the same university sports associations exchanges and cooperation,so the strengthening of the members of the university sports associations of new media theory The application of learning and practice is imperative.3.from the impact of new media on
