College Students Manage Moral Thinking

Management ethics is the inexorable trend for the development of international management thoughts. As special education institutions, colleges carry the social responsibilities and obligations of creating knowledge, inheriting social civilizations, and training high-quality talents for the society. As a kind of social practice full of humanities, college student management plays an important role in coordinating and handling interrelationships during the student management process.As the behavioral subjects of college student management, college student administrators face directly supervisees, and that student administrators can implement the awareness of ethical management into routine management behaviors is the key for college students to achieve morality management. Therefore, enhancing the morality of college student administrators is the basis and premise for the construction of management system and college management. That is, the morality of college student management is the premise of the morality of administrators'management behaviors. To promote the morality construction of college student management, this paper conducts all-round observations on the moral deficiency situations reflected in the management behaviors of college student administrators from the perspectives of the value orientation of the objective of college student management, the operation process of college student management, and the subjects of college student management; conducts profound analyses on reasons of the moral deficiency of the management behaviors of college student administrators from the objective and subjective perspectives; and analyzes the cognitive difficulties of the management behavior selection of college student administrators.In the background of fully implementing scientific thought of development, as a special management field, it is imperative to implement the morality of college student management behaviors. Objectives of college student management shall play the scientific leading role in the work of student management, and reflect the organic unity of individual comprehensive development and social progress. In management practices, we shall realize the morality of management methods and approaches. Meanwhile, we shall enhance the qualities of college student administrators, help student administrators establish scientific morality, develop healthy moral sentiments, and improve morality management.
