College Students Implicit Ideological And Political Education And Countermeasures

The university student ideological and political education plays an important role in developing high talented person, supporting to have a count for much position in the campus stability, and it is the emollient guarantee of our high school reforms and development.With the development of the social politics and a massive influx of foreign sense and values, college students think more and more openly and multiply. What's more, their independence, variability and diversity of thought activities enhance further more. The simple use of the conspicuous ideological and political education is not able to meet the current ideological and political education requirements. The theory of recessive ideological and political education plays a special role in education field, and gradually gets ideological and political educators' attention and study. At present, Chinese scholars still have much work to do towards the universities' recessive ideological and political education because the existent study is scattered and not systematic.There is even no monograph publication. There are still many problems to be solved such as the scattered study approaches and the unsure operation and effectiveness of concrete methods, and the problems in putting into practice.This paper starts from the concept of recessive ideological and political education, its characteristics and value pursuit.Around the present situation of effective ideological and political education we look for its effective education method. So the first part of this text interprets the ideological and political education of implicit meaning, features and value pursuit. The second part of this paper analyzes the main problems existed in present practice of university ideological and political education including the problems of cognition sense, the exploitation and utilization of natural resources, policy building and so on. The third part explores the concrete countermeasures of validity in universities' recessive ideological and political education. Include:setting up scientific recessive education concept;develop the ideological and political education resources; tacit the recessive education role played by educators; Improve guarantee mechanism recessive of the ideological and political education.
