Based on the reality of classroom teaching, this article expounds systematically some related concepts to "Teachers'autonomy extension to the teaching content".It refers to that teachers in the rights given by the State proved the classroom space, they assume a certain role identity and social responsibility, their thinking and action from the interference of external pressure, in order to achieve the teaching activities and pioneering cast by the migration of teaching. Issued in the interpretation of the meaning and the basis of research results at home and abroad, combining my own experience in teaching practice and the interview information from the other teachers, I have done a deep reflection about the problems and phenomena exist in the Teachers'autonomy expansion to the Teaching content, then proposed four common problems, Including: Passive extension, the lack of autonomy; Blind extension, the target is unknown; Excessive extension, regardless of primary and secondary; Surface extension, divorced from reality. At the same time, the teaching was also given a fresh case to give proof. On this basis, I Summarized the relevant factors which impact the teachers'autonomy extension, then described them from the subjective and objective dimensions. All these provide solid foundation both theoretically and practically for the later exploration of the "teaching strategies ".The teaching strategies was proposed on the following three aspects:Enhancing their own quality of teachers; Increasing the capacities to classroom control and regulation; Strengthening the interaction between Teaches and students; Therefore, in this article, I focused on these three levels aspects and follow the principle which has characteristics of the teacher-led, student centered and text as the main vector, Proposed practical advice and teaching cases. It took the results of the theoretical research and teaching practice, seeks to the study will be more standardized and systematic. Finally, I still summarized the harvest and reflection of this study in my paper.
