Nanjing Z is a private junior high school, located in the city outskirts, the complexity of special students. Although the school repeatedly stressed to do a good job teaching quality and conventional management, but the effect is still not satisfactory, the teachers generally reflect poor student habits, low quality, class management difficult. As a school teacher, I deeply felt the first day phase to develop education classes to enhance the quality of management success is an important factor restricting the lack of education to develop comprehensive development of students and affect their healthy growth, leading to difficulties in class management main reasons.The author access to a wealth of information in the literature, based on the understanding of a number of class management education and develop research status and trends in the current class management education, research and develop a relatively independent circumstances, attempt to explore a kind of class management and develop education models and methods of combining, expanding the education space, education for the students to develop effective management classes for the Z type of school or school class teacher with a reference value.I started this school in Nanjing Z (2) class this special group to study, from the details of daily management of the class, analyzes the current develop education and classroom management problems and the reasons for special groups and schools to adapt to Z of doing in-depth surveys and studies, found problems in classroom management and student's own bad habits. This as the entry point, this paper focuses on the special groups in the life, work, study and three should form good habits, and through the ban on the course and conduct of class activities and case analysis to develop ways to reflect the implementation of education and improvement and, through self-assessment, peer assessment, peer assessment constantly testing the effect of nurturance education, presented "Evaluation of quantitative assessment and diversity combining," the evaluation form to be worked out with reference to cultivate educational methods.Practice drawn, special education groups to develop the soil in the class, the core is to develop class management education.
