With the rapid development of network-age society,accelerated the pace of economic globalization,management of University Students not short innovation.In this context, as a university student organizations, college class management model should be followed by change and innovation.With the increase in the number of party members in the class and the establishment of the branch (or groups of institutions),the traditional class committee,the Mission Branch classroom management is broken, the party branch (party groups), the Mission Branch and the class committee Trinity classmanagement mode become possible.This class management mode also become a new topic of college students work.Branch (or groups of institutions), the Mission Branch and the class committee Trinity class management model, based on actual student class work, student-oriented, adhere to the scientific concept of development, to give full play to the student’s personality style, conducive to all kinds of specialty class activitiesto carry out, to play a role in promoting healthy growth of students.A profound analysis of the status of traditional college class management mode, and there are some problems, and build the foundation to build the principle of related concepts, organizational building mode and operation mechanism of the Trinity class management mode, and exploring the the Trinity class management modeexpected goals and tasks of building.
