The special student groups in our country are the weak and vulnerable groups in the teaching of physical education,which is the weak link in the teaching of college physical education,and must pay great attention.In 2002,the Ministry of Education promulgated the ”National College Physical Education Curriculum Guide“in the curriculum set out in Article 10 clearly pointed out: ”some of the human body abnormalities and diseases,residual,weak and individual age and other special groups of students to Rehabilitation,health-based sports courses.In the “Sports Law”,Article 18 also provides the following: ”Schools must set up physical education classes and physical education as a subject of assessment of student achievement.“Schools should create conditions for sick students to organize their characteristics for sports activity”.Now,in addition to the introduction of laws by the state to protect the special student groups,colleges and universities in order to respond to national policies,but also to allow special students to be more healthy and reasonable education,according to the different needs of students to open their courses.So that many colleges and universities of the special group education gradually into a more healthy track.Changchun City as an important area of education in the northeast region,concerned about the special groups in physical education,to carry out special education is particularly important.Methods and purpose: In this paper,the field survey was conducted on 18 special colleges and universities in Changchun City by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The main purpose was to investigate the situation of special physical education To understand the development of special education and education in Changchun City,the existing problems and problems,by drawing on the experience of development at home and abroad,for these issues from the teaching point of view gives reasonable recommendations.Results: There are only 5 colleges and universities in Changchun City where there are special courses for sick,disabled,weak and psychological problems.Among the colleges and universities,there are 4 colleges and universities in the development of syllabus that do not have special groups Education to make clear provisions,teaching arrangements more casual.Not to set up the corresponding course of special students can only follow the normal class;in teaching arrangements,physical education to learn tai chi and other traditional health work,the theoretical study also to health care,rehabilitation courses,there are courses on mental health In the teaching methods and content selection,teaching methods are single,boring,lack of attention to individual differences in students,basically the use of collective teaching,a unified form of organization,not subject to individualized,different treatment;in the treatment;Curriculum evaluation,teachers focus on the results of the evaluation,ignoring the importance of procedural evaluation,to combat the enthusiasm of some students;teachers of their own quality and teaching ability for the development of special groups of education caused some difficulties,in short,Changchun City Ordinary colleges and universities are not optimistic about the education and teaching of special student groups.Special student groups on the expectations of physical education: the choice of teaching content,students expect to arrange some rehabilitation health knowledge and mental health knowledge and other theoretical courses,as well as dance,yoga,social dance and other sports;in the form of teaching organizations,students It is hoped that teachers should adopt the evaluation methods of teacher evaluation,self-evaluation and students' mutual evaluation in the form of evaluation and evaluation.Influencing factors and countermeasures: The main reasons that affect the special student groups in Changchun City are: the concept of human rights is weak and the society does not attach importance.The school lacks management and leadership is not concerned.Students are in a variety of ways and teachers are lacking.The teaching resources are limited and the funds are insufficient.The countermeasures of the special student groups in Changchun are mainly: to increase the propaganda and improve the concept of human rights.Strengthen the teaching management,causing leadership attention.Strengthen teacher training,improve teaching ability.Optimize teaching resources,increase capital investment.
