Globalization Context Of The Competitive Advantage Of The Chinese Student Education Research

In the context of globalization of international higher education, the international students'education has changed from simple cultural exchange and attracting talents to the industrialization of getting more economic benefits. It can not only strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign universities, and increase the self-development capacity of our universities, but also bring great social and economic benefits for our country. In China, the international students'education is still in the early stage of development. There are still some gaps comparing with the developed countries. As the further development of the economic globalization and internationalization of the higher education, our international students'education gets the best opportunities. To develop international students'education, we need improve the services market system, and ensure to increase the international competitiveness.In this dissertation, Michael Porter's competitive advantage theory of nations is applied as the research framework, using the format of both theoretical analysis and practical study, with the methods of statistical method, comparative method, and literature method.This dissertation is divided into five parts. Firstly, the author explains the reasons and purposes of selecting the title, analyzes the study situation about the subject, and defines some basic concepts. Secondly, the theoretical framework of our international students'education is introduced. Thirdly, using the competitive advantage theory of nations, the author analyses our international students'education. The conclusion is made that our international students'education owns its characteristics and advantages, but there are still gaps with the developed countries. Fourthly, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of our international students'education are generalized. Finally, as the trends of international students'education, some measures are proposed to develop our competitive advantages.With the enhancement of China's economic strength, the increase of its international status, and the raising of the quality of the higher education, China will host more and more foreign students to study and taste the charm of Chinese culture. In the future, China will become a great country of accepting foreign students, achieving the favorable balance of the overseas students'education service trade with the international competitive advantage in the area of overseas students'education.
