Research On The Influence Of Dynamic Competence On Competitive Advantage

With the development of mederm emerging technology,English has gradually become an indispensable part of people's life,which also makes people more and more aware of the importance of English.In the complex and dynamic environment,the competition between English training institutions is increasingly fierce.With the increase in the number of English training institutions,domestic scholars have studied the brand strategy,education model and existing problems of English education and training institutions in China.The English training institutions in China are also facing some problems: the influx of foreign training institutions into China,the impact of the domestic market;The English training institutions at home and abroad are complex,the competition is fierce,and the recruitment methods are difficult to innovate.Attach importance to exam-oriented education and neglect practical application.However,traditional marketing methods and competitive advantages cannot bring continuous competitiveness to training institutions.Therefore,how to obtain and maintain sustainable competitive advantages is the most core problem that training institutions have to face at presentScholars before this article will research on dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage summarized and carding,analysis of dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage theory model and related theoretical assumptions,in the previous scholars,on the basis of the dynamic capability of model construction,the English training institution of dynamic capabilities is divided into four dimensions: environmental awareness,adapt to ability,organizational learning ability and innovation ability,construct a new model of dynamic capabilities.This paper proposes four hypotheses,which are: environmental perception has a positive and significant relationship with competitive advantage;There is a significant positive correlation between adaptability and competitive advantage.Organizational learning ability has a significant positive relationship with competitive advantage.Innovation ability has positive significant relationship with competitive advantage.Through a questionnaire survey of English education and training institutions in kunming,the influence of several dimensions of dynamic competence on competitive advantage was studied.The influence of dynamic capability on competitive advantage after adding control variables.In this paper,English training institutions in kunming were selected as theresearch objects and questionnaires were distributed.SPSS17.0 was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis,as well as correlation analysis and regression analysis on the collected data,so as to test the theoretical model and hypothesis proposed in this paper.This article concluded that the constituent elements of the dynamic capability of,environmental awareness,adapt to ability,organizational learning ability and innovation ability has positive significant relation to the competitive advantage,After adding two control variables,the type of English training institutions and the number of years of establishment of English training institutions,it is found that the degree of influence of each dimension of dynamic ability on competitive advantage changes.finally put forward under the dynamic capability of English training organization competitive advantage to promote advice,first,understand the environment changes,timely response measures.Training institutions can have the ability to perceive changes in the environment,including the external environment and internal environment,can take effective measures in a timely manner.Second,respond quickly and adjust strategies more quickly.Training institutions can make timely changes to the changes in the environment,as soon as possible to formulate the corresponding adjustment strategy.Third,to create a learning atmosphere,to create a learning organization.Continuous learning of new knowledge can increase the vitality of training institutions and obtain more channels and sources.Fourth,attach importance to innovation and enhance employees' independent innovation ability.It includes the innovation of enrollment method,brand publicity,class mode and course.
