A Research On The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education For College Students At Campus Culture Perspective

Effectiveness is a critical yardstick and mark to weigh the result of a college student's ideological and political education. To some extent, it reflects the success of universities in ideological and political education. Compared with the freshmen and senior students in ideological and political education, we can find that there exist some matters such as lagging behind of political concept, lower moral characters, and tender psychological quality after four year's experience of college life. So there are some questions in the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities. This article is based on predecessors'research. It discusses how to utilize and express the function of ideological and political education from the campus culture's perspective, and then to seek the method and countermeasure in order to improve the effectiveness of college student's ideological and political education.This article elaborated the importance of improving the ideological and political effectiveness on the background of the students'current situation in ideological and political education.Firstly, these articles discussed the related concept about college campus culture and effectiveness of ideological and political education, and then analyze the relations between them in theory.Secondly, we can understand the current condition of college students'ideological and political education via the method of questionnaire survey and interview, and then to describe the respondents, research hypothesis, the design of questionnaire and data dispose. Furthermore I analyze and take a statistics on the survey result through the SPSS software, and then analyze the cause for the weakness of the effectiveness in higher education from three aspects which are society, school and college student.Finally,this article raised the counter measure about how to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education from the perspective of campus culture. To start with, from the perspective of campus culture, we should make a scientific planning for the campus physical culture construction and actively encourage students participate in the construction of material culture. Next, from the perspective of building campus system culture study, we should constantly put forward to improve the university regulations and management system, and establish the students'autonomous management mode, then guide the student carry on the self management. Last but not the least, we should enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education strategy from the campus culture point of view. The campus spiritual culture is the core and the soul of campus culture and the style of campus is the core of spiritual culture. Therefore, strengthening the spiritual culture construction requires university focus on building school style and giving a full play to the role of party and social organizations, and doing well for the students'mental health consultation and guidance work through the method of developing campus cultural activities and social practice, which will be in order to solve their psychological problems and ensure students'mental health.
