Higher education problem as relates to every family, each person's major problems has been the object of study many subjects. With the development of the society, higher education besides having inheriting civilization function, the professional degree, social and economic characteristics also increasing obviously. For personal or family, accepting a degree of education in modern society is the necessary condition of survival. However, higher education in today's society reflects the due fairness? High school students with different family background have the opportunity to receive higher education coequal condition? High school students with different family background of receive higher education and higher education's willingness to pay ability are the same?In answer to these questions, domestic and international researchers also did the related research, but for minority area of researches are very few, the researcher was born of the naxi area, and has great interest the correlation high school students'family backgrounds and high education needs in naxi region, so try doing further exploration.This paper have four parts, the first chapter is that the higher education to contemporary situation as the breakthrough point.settle family background theory respectively and higher education demand theory,finally put forward deficiencies in these studies, and compensate for these disadvantages. In the second chapter of this study will define the related concepts and described variables of the research,proposes research ideas and make research hypotheses ideas. The third chapter is the empirical research firstly described the sample and the research methods used briefly.then complied a questionnaire,and do preliminary tests,secondly analysis of the reliability and validity, the principal component analysis, finally do correlation analysis. Chapter 4 is the main conclusion of this study, and further puts forward policy Suggestions.Through the research and analysis, this research concludes:First of all, nationality is no significant correlation with accept higher education and higher education to all the ability to paySecond, family residence is no significant correlation with accept higher education and higher education to all the ability to pay Third, gender is no significant correlation with accept higher education and higher education to all the ability to pay.Fourth, the type of the high school is no significant correlation with accept higher education and higher education to all the ability to pay.Fifth, high school branch situation is no significant correlation with accept higher education and higher education to all the ability to pay.Sixth, parents' age has no significant correlation with receives higher education and the higher education's willingness.Seventh, the number of brothers and sisters is no significant correlation with accept higher education and higher education to all the ability to payEighth, family economic capital is no significant correlation with accept higher education and higher education to all the ability to pay.Ninth, family's social capital is no significant correlation with accept higher education and higher education to all the ability to pay.The 10th, family culture capital is no significant correlation with accept higher education and higher education to all the ability to pay.
