Job burnout has a high risk in teachers. So there are important meaning and value to search and make a verification in teachers' job burnout, due to its importance and harmfulness. In this, paper, we take some Shandong local university teachers as the research object, taking part of the teachers to carry out investigations and studies of local university teachers' job burnout, the status quo, causes, and countermeasures as a preliminary analysis and reflection, in order to enrich the content of local university teachers' job burnout research, in order to provide reference to promote the police. physical and mental health, reduce the teacher's occupational stress, ease the symptoms of teachers' job burnout and Improve the local universities education level.In this paper, it conducted a questionnaire survey to 156 local university teachers, using statistical software SPSS V17.0 statistical questionnaire and analysis. The survey showed that:This school teachers'job burnout phenomenon is not so serious, but emotional exhaustion and low personal achievement scoring well. To solve these problems, this paper presents three response measures:1. Improve the social status of teachers and establish healthy social support system;2. Develop good social skills and establish a harmonious relationship;3. Reform of the school management and improve school management.
