Research On The Problems And Countermeasures About Teachers' Job Burnout In L County

The wave of reform in education,the role of teachers in teaching and educating people has changed,there have also been some new changes in the orientation of teachers,the new education method and the old education system have reduced the teachers' sense of work.In particular,the quality of students facing education is poor,you can't find happiness in your job.Meanwhile,due to the strong support of education in the national stage,the pressure of education teachers has been increased.Not only will these pressures not motivate teachers,but they will also have a negative impact,more serious people will spread negative attitudes to the management of other schools,which will eventually have a negative impact on the professional education in the region.The purpose of this study is to use literature research,it was found that some teachers in L county vocational schools were more passive in their treatment of work,often look forward to the holidays,some teachers think that as a teacher not to delay classes,etc.The cause of these problems,the author thinks that there are some kinds of social reasons,school reasons and teachers' reasons.In order to fundamentally solve these problems,first of all,it is the society to increase the importance and publicity of vocational schools,to change the old beliefs of the public,reacquainted with the position of education;Second,there are some changes in school,including education teaching system and the humanization of the rest system,then there is the enhancement of my education to students;finally,teachers themselves change.Through these efforts,I hope to improve the teacher's burnout in the middle school...
