Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to job burnout because of its harm to the organization and individual development.Meanwhile,it is widely discussed in the academic world. In recent years, with the development of the science and technology, the communication between countries become more convenient and frequent as well as the international exchanges. The concept of many parents in their children's education has changed,on the one hand, they want their children to get to the foreign education, and on the other hand, they don't want to send their young children to study abroad. So the international schools which can provide advanced foreign teaching methods for our Chinese students and foster brilliant students develop quickly and a large number of relatively special education workers have appeared. The reason why we think they are special is that they face problems and pressures which are quite different from teachers in the traditional schools. And as time goes on,the pressures that they've endured are increasing day by day.If the pressures cannot be mitigated and controlled effectively,it will cause job burnout. While the job burnout not only makes teachers tired and have no passion for working, but also undermines the stability of teachers in a certain extent, the most terrible thing is that it will affect the health of the students and their future development directly. This paper took 179 primary and secondary school teachers from the international school of foreigners' children, local international schools and Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools as the research sample and did a survey on them with three questionnaires. The first questionnaire is about teachers' basic personal information. The second is the Job Burnout Questionnaire of teachers,it compares different teachers' degree of job burnout from the following aspects(gender, nationality, teaching age, education, the teaching segment and the subjects, marital status, head teacher or not). The third questionnaire is about the factors of teachers' job burnout. After analyzing the internal and external causes and direct causes of their job burnout,I find out the relationship between the job burnout and its factors(factors about students and their parents, their work load, the interpersonal relationship, the occupation development, the teaching skills and teaching factors and environmental factors)through the results of the questionnaire. Then I put forward some effective methods for International School teachers in order to reduce their pressure.First, try to find some new impetus.Second, make some changes when nessesary and have a correct understanding of their own problems.Third, improve the working environment.I hope these methods can work well in international schools and provide an operational tool for teachers to reflect themselves, test themselves and prevent themselves from job burnout, ease the aggravation of job burnout and improve their work efficiency and quality of life.
