Nowadays, along with the continuous progress of science and technology, network culture has entered all aspects of our life. It not only make a huge impact on human life and way of thinking also affected people's learning pattern. Network has entered the college students live and study, the use of network learning has become an important part of College Students'ability. The impact of the network is a "double-edged sword", which gives students learning opportunities as well as poses a challenge for the traditional university study.As the rapid development of network culture and our stereotype which was formed by our traditional learning and some other reasons, the current situation which college Students use the Internet to learn is not satisfactory. Therefore, under the background of network cultural, the research that how to promote college students'study more effective is particularly important.To solve this problem, this paper conducted a In-depth investigation and analysis of college students study. First, this paper introduced the definition of Internet culture and the basic characteristics of the Internet culture of learning challenges and opportunities. Then, after making a simple description of learning and the students learning characteristics, this article propose the challenges and opportunities for learning which were caused by network culture. Then, with Statistical analysis of survey results and combined the interviews, this paper summarize the features which students use the Internet to learning, make a analysis of problems and the reasons. Finally, based on the analysis of the questionnaire, combined with related theory, this paper presents some countermeasures on how to improve the college students' study more effective under the background of network culture.
