With the enrollment of higher education, the number of college graduates increased rapidly. Consequent the employment of college graduates has become the focus of party and people concerned. In order to alleviate the severe employment situation of college graduates, the government took a series of measures to promote employment. At the same time the government encouraged and supported the graduates start their businesses. However, due to lack of funds, low entrepreneurial capacity and other reasons, the success rate of entrepreneurship among college students is very low. In addition there is a series of problems of the current entrepreneurship platform, such as Business Plan Competition, business incubators, entrepreneurial training, and business websites. These caused great waste of entrepreneurship intelligence resource of college students.On the other hand, along with the development of market economy, private capital resources accumulates continually, the scale is larger and larger. And it plays a huge role in all aspects of socialist construction. But in the current investment environment, the private capital resources can't find ideal investment channels. A lot of private capital is stored in the bank, and don't participate in market circulation and social reproduction. These affect the value of private capital resources to play, and cause tremendous loss of Chinese economic development.In this paper, a variety of research methods are used, such as literature research, summarizes, case analysis, statistical analysis and so on. Through the specific analysis of the background of the integration of capital and intelligence resource, we find the entry point for integrating the two resources. On the one hand, the college students have entrepreneurial projects, but they are lack of funds. On the other hand, the owners of private capital have funds, but they are lack of investment projects. If we can integrate the intelligence resource of college students and capital resource of private capital owners. That the owners of private capital invest in the entrepreneurial projects of college students. The integration not only can solve the problem of the college students of lacking of funds, but also can solve the problem of the investors of lacking of investment projects. This paper is based on this idea to explore the strategy of the integration of capital and intelligence resource. The writer hopes to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship among college students through the integration, and alleviate the severe employment situation of college students through the driven of entrepreneurship, and also increase the utilization of capital and intelligence resource. Through the integration it can achieve the situation that resources are fully used and develops harmoniously and sustainableBased on the analysis of aims principles and basic ideas of the integration, the paper proposed the integration strategies. They are building the new college student's entrepreneurship platform and the safeguards to promote the integration. The operating mode of the new platform includes Pre-training, Business Plan Competition, the late consulting. Training methods include lecturing, case teaching, practicing, individual counseling, entrepreneurship forum and so on. The paper analyzes the profit model of the new platform from operating costs and profit channels. This paper also analyzes the new platform's early mode of operation, they are small-scale test run and the mode of operation of the first three Business Plan Competition. The actors of safeguard measures include government,university and both sides of the integration. The measures of the government taking include crating good environment for entrepreneurship and venture capital, strengthening the construction of the social security system; The measures of the university taking include changing concepts of education, creating entrepreneurial culture atmosphere, reforming the curriculum system; The owners of private capital should strengthen investment consciousness, and increase the rational degree of investment; College students should change their employment concept, and foster their entrepreneurship consciousness actively, and they also should change their learning concept, and strive to improve their comprehensive quality.This paper studies the college student entrepreneurship from the perspective of integration of resources and proposes an idea of building of new college student's entrepreneurship platform, which is with innovation.
